Awebridge Cottage is a semi-detached property with parking in private driveway for two vehicles and a lovely garden with table and chairs for those lovely warm evenings to be able to enjoy the views overlooking the fields. Awebridge Cottage has its own entrance lobby leading into the hallway, from which you can access the bathroom, lounge kitchen, and the downstairs double bedroom. The bathroom is very well laid out with a white suite which consists of bath, hand basin, toilet and shower cubicle. The double bedroom on the ground floor has a lovely king size bed and lots of available storage in the mirrored wardrobes and fantastic views across the fields at the rear of the property.

The kitchen is fitted out with white units and is well equipped with a dishwasher, washer dryer, fridge freezer, electric oven and gas hob there is also a small dining table which seats 4 people within the kitchen. The lounge is equipped with a lovely sofa and arm chairs which are very comfortable to relax on after a day walking the coastal path or just exploring the natural beauty of the surrounding countryside whilst relaxing there is sky TV available and radio with CD player. Once you head up the stairs you reach the first of the two bedrooms upstairs this one has a single bed and skylight in the ceiling to allow natural light in and the second bedroom leads off from this to reveal a twin room with the window on the end of the property again overlooking fantastic views across the fields towards the church at Waxham.

Awebridge Cottage is just five minutes walk to local shop and pub. The beautiful blue flag beach of Sea Palling is also just a short walk away and protected by lifeguards during the main season of the summer and swimming is allowed between the flags.
